CONSERVATION PROJECT
Vollmar is developing specific region-wide conservation strategies for vernal pools and associated rare species.
Sears Point Restoration Project
Vollmar Consulting developed the upland management plan for the 2,300-acre Sears Point project site, situated along the northern edge of San Pablo Bay, southern Sonoma County.
Centennial Development Project
Vollmar Consulting conducted intensive botanical studies in 2003/2004 on this 11,000-acre proposed development on the Tejon Ranch in Los Angeles County, California. Incorporates a mix of grasslands, oak woodlands, chaparral, and desert scrub.
Lights Creek Botanical Survey
Vollmar Consulting conducted rare plant, invasive weed, and sensitive habitat surveys for the Mt. Hough Ranger District on 9,600 acres within the
Plumas National Forest.
